LEO provides a commercial leasing response service that answers listing inquiries, delivers broker-approved property information, qualifies prospective tenants, schedules property tours, and records leads and follow-up tasks.

You agree to use the website and demonstration line only for lawful purposes related to evaluating or using the service.

Broker responsibility

LEO supports brokers and leasing teams. It does not replace a licensed broker and does not provide brokerage, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Brokers, property managers, and owners remain responsible for the accuracy of property materials, final verification, negotiations, legal representations, approvals, compliance with licensing and fair housing or fair leasing requirements, and all transaction decisions.

Property information

Property details provided through the service come from materials supplied and approved by the client. Information may change without notice and should be independently verified. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, lease, or binding commitment.

No performance guarantees

We do not guarantee leasing results, tenant quality, response rates, lead volume, or that any property will lease within a particular timeframe.

Fees and billing

Published prices are starting points. Phone usage, premium integrations, high-volume calling, and custom development may be billed separately. Final pricing is confirmed before activation. Monthly service fees are billed in advance and setup fees are billed at the start of implementation unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Communications and recording

Calls to demonstration and client numbers may be recorded and transcribed where permitted by applicable law. By submitting a form or calling, you consent to be contacted about your inquiry by phone, email, or text message where enabled. You may opt out at any time.

Third-party services

The service integrates with third-party telephony, calendar, CRM, email, and messaging providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control and may affect service performance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEO and Automation Solutions AI are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost leads, or lost transactions arising from use of the website or service.
